These terms govern access to Pilot Arcade and its interactive aviation-training materials. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Aviation safety notice
Pilot Arcade is a product operated by Arquero Co. References in these terms to “Pilot Arcade,” “we,” or “us” mean Arquero Co. and the Pilot Arcade product.
Pilot Arcade is a supplemental educational aid only. It is not a flight simulator, navigation product, approved training device, substitute for flight instruction, or source of operational flight guidance.
Do not use the site to navigate, operate an aircraft, make a go/no-go decision, satisfy a regulatory requirement, or replace current regulations, charts, NOTAMs, weather information, aircraft manuals, checklists, ATC instructions, or guidance from a qualified instructor.

You may use Pilot Arcade for personal, noncommercial study and practice. You are responsible for evaluating information against current authoritative sources and applying appropriate pilot judgment.
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or overload the service, misrepresent the trainers as approved aviation products, or use the content in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Educational models and accuracy
The trainers use simplified models, illustrative values, and generalized scenarios. Aviation rules, procedures, equipment, publications, and best practices change. Although Pilot Arcade aims to present useful concepts, the site does not guarantee that every value, explanation, scenario, or result is complete, current, or error-free.
No certification or endorsement
Unless expressly stated, Pilot Arcade is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the FAA, another aviation authority, an aircraft manufacturer, or a training organization.
Content, links, and support
Intellectual property
The site design, code, graphics, branding, explanations, and interactive trainers are owned by Arquero Co. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit resale, republication, or creation of a competing copy without written permission.
Third-party services
The site may link to third-party references, sponsors, analytics providers, or payment services. Pilot Arcade does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Voluntary support
Support payments or tips are voluntary and are not charitable contributions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless required by law or stated by the payment provider, voluntary support is generally nonrefundable and does not purchase flight instruction, certification, or a guaranteed feature.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arquero Co., Pilot Arcade, and their contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on the site, inability to use it, training decisions, flight operations, or third-party services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so portions of these provisions may not apply to you.
Changes and availability
Pilot Arcade may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may revise these terms. Continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
