Pilot Arcade is designed to provide useful training without requiring a student account. This policy explains the limited information the site may process.

Summary

Pilot Arcade is a product operated by Arquero Co. It does not currently require registration, sell personal information, or use targeted advertising. Some trainers store preferences or scores locally in your browser. Hosting providers and third-party resources may receive ordinary technical request data.

Information we process

Information you provide

If you contact Pilot Arcade or use a future support/payment link, you may provide information such as your name, email address, message, and transaction details. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies; Pilot Arcade should not receive your complete card number.

Training data stored on your device

Some trainers use browser storage to remember statistics, best scores, preferences, dismissed instructions, or when to display site messages. This information normally remains in your browser and can be removed by clearing site data.

Technical information

Web hosting and security providers may automatically process standard request information, including IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the site.

Third-party resources

The site may request fonts or other technical resources from third-party providers such as Google. Those providers may receive technical information necessary to deliver the resource. Future analytics, advertising, sponsorship, or support services will be identified here when enabled.

Pilot Arcade does not currently sell personal information. Pilot Arcade does not knowingly request sensitive aviation records, medical information, certificate numbers, or account credentials through the trainers.

Choices, retention, and security

You can clear locally stored scores and preferences through trainer controls where available or through your browser settings. Browser privacy tools may also block storage or third-party resources, although some features may work differently.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Pilot Arcade is intended for a general aviation-training audience and is not directed to children under 13. Pilot Arcade does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site adds features such as analytics, payments, or advertising. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
